Wind Tunnel Model Design

Highly modular wind tunnel model was conceived and designed.  Two wind tunnel test campaigns identified: Campaign 1 Unpowered testing Reference, BLI180 and BLI360 configurations.  Campaign 2 BLI360 configuration Powered via ejector.
